The Lady Jaguars Girls Hockey Program is committed to providing female athletes with an environment where they can develop as hockey players, teammates, and leaders. Our mission is to create a positive, competitive, and supportive atmosphere that inspires a lifelong passion for the game while helping every player reach her full potential.

Whether a player is new to girls hockey or has years of experience, our program emphasizes skill development, confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Through experienced coaching, age-appropriate instruction, and a player-first approach, we focus on building strong fundamentals while encouraging athletes to challenge themselves and compete at a high level.

We believe that hockey teaches far more than what happens on the ice. The Lady Jaguars strive to develop athletes who demonstrate integrity, resilience, accountability, and respect in everything they do. Our coaches work to foster an environment where players build lasting friendships, gain self-confidence, and learn valuable life skills that extend well beyond the rink.

As our girls program continues to grow, we are excited to offer a dedicated girls teams at the 10U/12U age level, providing opportunities for players to compete against other girls programs throughout the region. We also recognize that every family's goals are different, offering flexible pathways for players to compete on a dedicated girls team or, when appropriate, participate on both girls and coed teams.

The Lady Jaguars are more than a hockey team—we are a family. We celebrate effort, encourage growth, and support one another as we work toward individual and team success. Our goal is to empower young women through the game of hockey while creating an experience they will remember for years to come.
