Bylaws Review Committee
The Bylaws Review Committee is seeking one volunteer from the Jaguar Hockey membership to assist the Board of Directors in reviewing and updating the club’s current bylaws.
The committee will work in conjunction with the Jaguar Board of Directors and outside legal counsel to identify areas that may need clarification, improvement, or revision. The goal is to ensure our bylaws provide a clear, consistent, and effective framework for the future governance of Jaguar Hockey.
The committee will provide input and recommendations throughout the review process, with all proposed amendments subject to final approval in accordance with the club’s governing documents.

Hockey Director Transition Planning Committee
The Hockey Director Transition Planning Committee is seeking 10 volunteers (5 coaches & 5 parents) from the Jaguar Hockey membership to assist the Board of Directors in planning for the future of the club’s hockey leadership.
The committee will consist of two subcommittees: Coaches and Parents. Committee members will work in conjunction with the Jaguar Board of Directors to help develop the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of the new Hockey Advisor and Hockey Director positions.
The committee will also participate in interviewing prospective candidates and provide feedback and recommendations to the Board of Directors. The goal is to ensure that the future leadership of Jaguar Hockey reflects the needs of our players, coaches, and families while supporting the long-term success of the organization.
The committee will serve in an advisory capacity, with final hiring and appointment decisions remaining with the Board of Directors, in accordance with the club’s governing documents.
