Development Coordinator

Jaguar Hockey is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and dedicated individual to serve as our next Development Coordinator.

Our Development Programs are where many young skaters and their families begin their hockey journey. From lacing up brand-new skates for the first time to graduating into recreational and travel hockey, these programs help build the future of Jaguar Hockey.

The Development Coordinator is a strictly off-ice position responsible for the organization, administration, and coordination of our four Development Programs:

Little Jaguars

Prehockey

ADM (American Development Model)

In-House Hockey

Responsibilities include coordinating registration, communicating with families, organizing volunteers, and helping ensure a welcoming experience for new and returning families.

We’re looking for someone who:

Is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple programs.

Enjoys working with children and families.

Communicates clearly with parents, coaches, and volunteers.

Is comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools.

Is passionate about helping young players and families discover hockey.

No skating or coaching experience is required! This is an administrative and organizational role, not an on-ice coaching position.

Development Coordinator Application

"A candidate for the Board of Directors shall be a current member in good standing with a zero balance, free from financial, Code of Conduct or Rules & Ethics suspensions for the prior three fiscal years and should not be a spouse, immediate family member or domestic partner, representing the same household of any current director or officer of the Board of Directors. A candidate for the Executive Board, in addition, shall have had a Jaguar participant at the Mite A or older NIHL level for two fiscal years. A candidate for President, in addition, shall be a current member of the Board of Directors for at least one fiscal year. Should a candidate not meet the qualifications apply, the Board of Directors may recommend a candidate with a 2/3 majority vote."
