All fundraising credits will be applied toward your crossbar account once the fundraiser is completed which can take a few weeks after the fundraiser has ended, this depends on the fundraising company and their policies.

🚨 IMPORTANT: When purchasing a ticket online, you MUST enter the player’s name when prompted or the player will NOT receive credit.

🎟️ Selling Tickets

• Tickets are $20 each.
• Sell the tickets using the attached coupons that are worth more than $63 💰
• For every ticket sold, $11 will be credited to the player’s hockey account 🎉
• Turn in the completed ticket stub along with the $20 payment.

Please place the ticket stubs and cash or one check (made payable to Jaguar Booster Club) in an envelope clearly marked:

• 📬 Place the envelope in the drop box outside the Jaguar office, or

🍕🏒 Domino’s Pizza Card Fundraiser! 🏒🍕

Get ready to turn pizza night into hockey savings! 🎉

Our Domino’s Pizza Card Fundraiser runs from September 14–28, 2026, and it’s an easy way to help offset future hockey fees while giving friends and family a great deal on pizza!

🍕 How It Works

• Cards are $20 each.
• The card pays for itself after just ONE use! 🙌
• Customers can Buy One, Get One FREE on large pizzas.
• The card can be used as many times as they’d like through June 30, 2027!
• For every card sold, $10 will be credited to the player/family’s Crossbar account to use toward future hockey fees. 🏒💰

🛒 Selling Is Easy!

Cards are sold online only and will be shipped directly to the customer, so there’s no money to collect, inventory to manage, or cards to deliver! The website states each family needs to sell 15 cards, this is just a recommendation.

Important: Each player/family will need to set up their own online store to sell the cards. This ensures that all sales are properly credited to your player’s Crossbar account.

🚨 Important Sponsorship Guidelines

Please keep the following in mind when approaching businesses:

• Banner sponsorships are available to local businesses.
• We are unable to accept banners from golf courses, fitness centers, or pro shops, as these businesses directly compete with Inwood. These businesses are welcome to make a direct donation instead.
• Businesses may be able to treat their sponsorship as a charitable donation or advertising expense. Businesses should consult their tax professional regarding the appropriate tax treatment.

📅 DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 1

All banner sponsorships must be submitted no later than February 1.

⛔ No exceptions! Any sponsorship received after February 1 will be returned to the business.

To complete a sponsorship, please submit:

2. Payment — cash, check, or money order

All banners will be displayed beginning in June for a period of one year.

As the seller, it is your responsibility to contact your business sponsor and secure their renewal on or before February 1. If a banner is not renewed by the deadline, it will be removed, and the business may be approached by another Jaguar Hockey family for sponsorship.

Thank you for supporting the Jaguar Hockey Club Wreath Fundraiser for the 2026–2027 Hockey Season! We’re excited to bring back this festive fundraiser and help our players earn money toward their hockey fees. 💙🐆

🎁 How It Works

Wreaths and other holiday items can be sold online or directly through your Jaguar Hockey family.

💰 Payment:

All payments for orders placed directly with a family should be made to the Jaguar family selling the wreaths.

Each Jaguar family will then turn in ONE check for the total of all orders placed on their behalf, made payable to:

🚚 Delivery Options

Customers will have two delivery options:

🏠 Direct-to-Customer Delivery

Customers can choose to have their items shipped directly to them for an additional cost.

🏒 Rink Pickup

Customers can choose to have their orders delivered to the rink. The Jaguar family will pick up the orders and distribute them to their customers.

This fundraiser will run in January 2027. All order forms and payments are due no later than TBD.

• Payment: Please make one check payable to the Jaguar Booster Club, or you can submit cash. 
• Order Submission: The final order will be placed on TBD, with delivery scheduled for TBD. Please turn in your order forms along with payment into the mailbox outside the Jaguar office at Inwood clearly labeled pretzel fundraiser. Otherwise you can hand deliver it directly to me at the rink.
• Pick-Up: The pretzels will be delivered to Inwood on TBD, and we will provide pick-up details once the final order is submitted. Please make sure to have someone available to pick up your order on this date.
• Shipping Option: If your customers prefer to have their order shipped directly to them, please indicate this on the order form and include an additional $10 for shipping. Otherwise, all orders will need to be picked up by the player's family to distribute to customers.
• Profit: You’ll earn 50% of the sale price for each item sold (excluding shipping fees). Funds raised will be credited to your Crossbar account once the final check is received from the company.

🛒 Ordering: All orders will be placed online using the link below.

When placing an order, customers will be prompted to enter:

• Beneficiary’s Last Name: The last name of the player they are supporting
• Please make sure this is entered correctly! This information is how sales are credited to the appropriate player.

📍 Pickup Information

Orders will be available for pickup at RejuveNate’s shop in Crest Hill on September 30th, from 11:00 AM–7:00 PM.

Families will pick up their orders and then deliver the flowers to their customers. 🌸

Please remind customers to select FREE In-Store Pickup at checkout. There is no shipping available for this fundraiser, so selecting in-store pickup will help avoid any unnecessary shipping charges.

Jaguar Concessions typically operates each year from March through November, giving members plenty of opportunities to get involved and earn credits toward their hockey fees.

Club members can work concession booths at popular entertainment venues, including:

• 🎶 Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre

By volunteering your time at concession events, you can earn credit toward your Jaguar Hockey Club house or travel fees while helping support our hockey program!
