Jaguar Television

Jaguar Television is a subsidiary of Jaguar Youth Hockey and has been in existence since 1993.  It originally was started by a handful of dedicated parents who secured a grant for enough money from St. Joseph Medical Center to start videotape productions of Jaguar hockey games.  Since that time it has developed into an extremely high quality production of about 25 Jaguar games each season.  Each game takes at least 8 people for a quality production.  We use 2 camera positions, 1 announcer, 1 color commentator, 1 sales desk person and 3 control room (director, instant replay, and graphics) personnel.  Even though out equipment is professional, with about 20 minutes of training, parents can learn to operate almost any specific equipment we have.

We at Jaguar TV are excited about the upcoming season and encourage you to help out your child's team by volunteering to assist Jaguar TV.  Jaguar TV has grown to be what it is today because of the dedicated volunteerism of the hockey parents.  If you are interested in helping with other games beside your child's games please let us know as this is the only way Jaguar TV will continue to grow and excel.

Bill Tatro, Executive Producer of Jaguar Television

Welcome to another season of Jaguar Hockey!

My name is Guy Mangialardi, the new Jaguar TV Coordinator. This year I will be working with Bill Tatro, Jaguar TV, the Jaguar Hockey Club Board, and our team managers to coordinate scheduling of games for Jaguar TV. We are looking for our teams to schedule 2 games each between October and January. We will need volunteers from each team to run cameras, help in the control room, sell game DVDs, and announcing for each game. We will use this page to list the scheduled games, along with volunteers for each task, for each team.

We will schedule classes on the use of the equipment in September during the Monday night skills clinics. Information for those classes will be announced as soon as details are available.

For those of you who are looking for DVDs of games from the past, please contact Jaguar TV. They will be able to make copies from previous seasons.

Sincerely,

Guy Mangialardi
