Jaguar Hockey Club

Even though he was the enemy and broke a lot of hearts in Chicago in 1992, it was great to see a hockey legend at the Jaguar rink.  Mario Lemieux was in town coaching his son's Bantam Elite AAA team for the Nike Bauer tournament that is going on this weekend at various Chicagoland rinks.  Looking fit enough to lace up the skates and take on our Stanley Cup Champion Blackhawks, Mario was gracious enough to hang out for a few minutes after the game to chat, sign some autographs, and take pictures with some of the Jaguar players that were on hand to watch the action.  I think some of the parents were equally as excited to meet one of the greatest players to ever play hockey.
